How food textures influence our children's choices?

Does your child only want to eat certain textures of food? Whether it's crunchy, chewy or creamy there is a healthy alternative to everything. Join us for a cooking workshop and learn nutritious recipes that you can prepare together with your child.


The workshop includes food preparation and tasting. 
Date: March 09, 2013 from 2:30-4:00 PM at Kids Can Centre.
Cost $30
